Successfully developed a system for policy distribution through an API;
Technical support for the mass migration of clients to a new period. More than 50 000 customers.

Senior Systems Analyst | Diasoft

Diasoft is a leading Russian IT solutions provider for the financial sector, serving over 150 organizations, and recognized for its expertise in automation, digital transformation, and global partnerships.

Led the development of a migration strategy for transitioning from a monolithic system to a microservices architecture, successfully delivering a banking guarantees microservice. As a result, implemented functionality that enables the automatic deployment of the new system, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
Coordinated and conducted a full module analysis of data structures and algorithms from scratch using Java through reverse engineering, designed a comprehensive set of 25 tables to ensure accurate data mapping, and documented processes and integration workflows using UML and BPMN;
Independently outlined the complete technology for data loading into the new system, utilizing PostgreSQL, REST API, SOAP API, Kafka, Docker technologies for data exchange and collaborating with the key stakeholders. Achieved the lowest defect rate among all parallel projects by enforcing QA measures, validating requirements, and maintaining documentation;
The developed migration strategy, architecture, and universal migration schema can be reused for other clients, enhancing the efficiency of banking guarantee processing by 50%.

It is a leading powerhouse in Russia's financial sector, offering comprehensive banking services to individuals, businesses, and government entities.

As a sole contributor, led the bank’s integration optimization with Russia’s largest exchange and created a complete data loading solution for the SPB Exchange from scratch, providing the integration services for two key strategic partners;
Fully automated the bank’s transaction loading system by upgrading all stages, including adapters, front-end, and back-end systems. Increased transaction processing speed by 40% to handle approximately 70-80K transactions daily through the implementation of REST API, ESB, ETL, FTP/SFTP, and real-time integration. The whole cycle of integration analysis, development, and testing took 6 months from project start to full implementation;
Established a key collaboration with a new exchange company, introducing an entirely new product to the bank and creating a foundation for increased revenue streams. Implemented support for financial instruments such as equities, bonds, and derivatives across all banking systems by utilizing T-SQL, Visual Basic, JSON and XML. Delivered the solution within 3 months, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring quality;
Being solely responsible for all integration aspects, from business analysis to development, testing, and communication with the stakeholders in both projects, ensured seamless transitions to the new systems in a single day with zero downtime.

IT Estafeta delivers full-cycle software development services for financial trading platforms, offering expertise in hardware integration and system optimization.

Led the redesign of a key module for the biggest Russian bank’s trading platform focused on banking guarantees and government contract accounting. Achieved a 3x-growth in trading platform usage, significantly increasing revenue and customer satisfaction by addressing performance bottlenecks;
Managed a team of three developers, overseeing concept design, requirements gathering, and client communication to ensure alignment with business needs;
Implemented three key integrations for client-server architecture: file exchange for client-signed documents, message broker data exchange via Microsoft Query, and counterparty information integration with Seldon. Utilized REST API, SOAP API, Replication, and FTP/SFTP;
Rewrote the module’s backend using T-SQL and C#, creating 70 stored procedures, triggers, and functions with over 30K lines of optimized code to improve database performance threefold. Successfully developed frontend component with ASP.NET.
